Eagle Activity Survey

Students who will be entering Grades 10, 11 and 12 and are in good academic standing will have the opportunity to participate in an enrichment activity during our Estancia Tutorial-Advisory Program (ETAP) next year.  To help us make the best placement selections for you, we have created a short survey. This survey is for current freshmen, sophomores and juniors at Estancia High School. Our goal is to allow eligible students one of their top four choices.  Depending on  student interest, not all of the activities listed may be offered.  Please take a few minutes to take the survey so we know which activities you are interested in.  Click on the link below to begin the survey.

Purpose of Link Crew

Link Crew is a high school transition program that welcomes freshmen and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their high school experience. Link Crew provides a structure for freshmen to receive support and guidance from juniors and seniors who have been through the challenges that high school poses, and understand that the transition to a larger school can sometimes be overwhelming.

Link Crew

Link Crew Leaders are positive role models for incoming students.  They serve as mentors who guide the freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school.  Link Crew Leaders will help create and maintain a culture of inclusion, belonging and kindness at Estancia High School.  Link Crew Leaders must be able to make a yearlong commitment to the program.

Link Crew Leaders will do the following:

  • Attend the trainingsfor the Freshmen Welcome Day
  • Assist new students on the 9th grade registration day
  • Lead the Freshmen Welcome Day
  • Help new students on the first day of school
  • Meet with new students each day to help support academic success and character development
  • Connect with new students outside the classroom at social events
  • Connect with new students on an individual basis
  • Promote positive school climate through character education programs
