Project Lead The Way - COMING TO EHS THIS FALL!
Estancia High School has been selected to participate in a prestigious research program sponsored by the United States Department of Education. The first course in the 4-year sequence is Introduction to Engineering Design. In this course, students dig deep into the engineering design process, applying math, science, and engineering standards to hands-on projects. They work both individually and in teams to design solutions to a variety of problems using 3D modeling software and document their work in an engineering notebook. You can also learn more about the program at the PLTW website at https://www.pltw.org/about-pltw or you can watch the PLTW video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfsEZCMP8rA.
